Refund policy

We are proud of our product formulations and results and hope you are too! We do not offer refunds for opened or used products. If you change your mind about your purchase and the product has not been opened or used, you may request a refund. Please email us directly at support@btkoasis.com within 7 days of delivery, and include your name, order number, and the product name. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Once the item is inspected and approved, you will be refunded using the same payment method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
